Bottomline PTX – Personalised Priorities Landing Page

Marketo Landing PagesWeb DesignWeb Development

An interactive account-based landing page for Bottomline’s PTX payments platform: visitors rank their payment priorities and get survey insights matched to their top choice.

Bottomline Technologies is a global provider of business payment software, and PTX is its cloud-based payments platform for BACS, Direct Debit, invoices and fraud protection. Alongside its annual Business Payments Barometer survey of more than 800 financial leaders, Bottomline wanted to engage decision-makers at target companies one to one.

We built an interactive, personalised landing page that greets each visiting business by name, asks the reader to rank four payment priorities for the year ahead, and then shows survey insights and PTX advice matched to their top priority, before inviting them to get in touch through a Marketo form.

Project highlights

  • Personalisedheadline and copy for every visiting business
  • 4payment priorities to rank by drag and drop
  • 800+finance leaders’ survey insights behind the results
  • Marketoform capturing every enquiry

The challenge

Senior finance leaders receive a constant stream of generic payment marketing. Bottomline needed a page that felt written for each target company, gave the reader a reason to interact, and turned the findings of its Business Payments Barometer into advice that mattered to them.

The page also had to capture what each prospect cares about most, so the sales team could follow up with the right conversation, and feed every enquiry straight into Marketo.

Our solution

We designed a bold, on-brand page with Webeo personalisation tokens, so the headline and copy greet each visiting business and its industry by name. Visitors drag and drop four payment priorities into order using jQuery Sortable, or type a number to reposition a card.

On submit, the page thanks the visitor and opens a results slider at their top priority, with an animated statistic from the survey and tailored advice on how PTX helps. Tabs let them explore the other three priorities, and a styled Marketo form captures the enquiry. On phones the cards and slider stack into a single, easy-to-scroll column.
