CoachSync is a booking app for session-based professionals – sports coaches, personal trainers, driving and dance instructors, and tutors. Each coach gets their own booking page to share on Instagram, their website or the group chat, and clients book and pay in seconds.
Payments are taken upfront through Stripe and paid out to the coach, and confirmation and reminder emails go out automatically, so coaches can focus on their sessions instead of their inbox.
Independent coaches often take bookings through WhatsApp, bank transfers and a paper diary. Clients message late at night asking to pay on the day, sessions go unconfirmed, and no-shows cost money.
Coaches needed something as simple as sharing a link, without paying for a custom website and a separate payment processor.
We designed and built CoachSync as a fast React web app with separate coach and client accounts. Coaches set up a profile, connect Stripe once, and open 30, 45, 60 or 90-minute slots for one-to-one or small group sessions, priced per duration.
Clients pay when they book, get an instant confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before the session, and coaches choose between a free plan with a small per-booking fee or a Pro plan with no platform fee.
